Platform Role BricX is a technology-enabled market infrastructure, discovery, analytics, and investor communication platform designed to provide informational access to REITs, SM REITs, related disclosures, market-linked data, and associated investor tools. BricX is not: • A stock exchange • A clearing corporation • A depository • A portfolio manager • An investment adviser • A research analyst • A wealth management platform unless specifically stated otherwise under separate regulatory registrations. 2. Broker Relationship Disclosure Investment execution, order placement, settlement, and brokerage-related services available through the platform are facilitated through SEBI-registered broker partners and regulated intermediaries. BricX does not independently execute trades, hold investor funds, provide custody services, or perform clearing and settlement functions unless separately authorized under applicable law. Users may be redirected or connected to broker infrastructure for transaction execution and account-related activities. 3. Data Source Disclosure Information displayed on BricX may be sourced from: • Public filings • Offer documents • Stock exchange disclosures • SEBI filings • Issuer disclosures • Broker APIs • Authorized market data providers • Third-party information providers Market data may be delayed, subject to licensing restrictions, or dependent on intermediary infrastructure availability. BricX does not independently verify all third-party data and does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of external information sources. 4. Content & Communication Disclosure Content available on the platform, including educational material, videos, interviews, market commentary, or institutional communication, is intended solely for informational and educational purposes. Any sponsored, promotional, or partner content shall be clearly identified as such wherever applicable. Views expressed by third-party entities, creators, institutions, or registered intermediaries are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of BricX. 5. Compliance & Grievance Redressal BricX maintains internal compliance, moderation, and grievance handling mechanisms to support responsible platform operations. Users may report: • Misleading content • Compliance concerns • Data discrepancies • Platform misuse through the designated grievance channels available within the platform. 6. Investor Responsibility Investors are solely responsible for evaluating: • Risks • Suitability • Financial implications • Tax consequences related to any investment activity undertaken through connected intermediaries or external platforms. Use of the platform does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship between BricX and the user unless expressly agreed under separate contractual arrangements.
