BricX is not: • A stock exchange • A clearing corporation • A depository • A portfolio manager • An investment adviser • A research analyst • A wealth management platform unless specifically stated otherwise under separate regulatory registrations. 2. Broker Relationship Disclosure Investment execution, order placement, settlement, and brokerage-related services available through the platform are facilitated through SEBI-registered broker partners and regulated intermediaries. BricX does not independently execute trades, hold investor funds, provide custody services, or perform clearing and settlement functions unless separately authorized under applicable law.
