Your use of BricX does not create an advisory relationship, fiduciary duty, or client relationship. BricX does not assess suitability or recommend investments. Users should consult licensed professionals before making investment decisions.

4. Brokerage Integration & Portfolio Data

BricX may redirect users to third-party brokerage platforms. BricX does not control execution, influence pricing, or receive custody of funds. With your consent, BricX may access portfolio data to display aggregated holdings, but BricX will never modify your holdings or access trading credentials.
