All investment decisions are made independently by users and executed through third-party regulated brokerage platforms. 3. No Advisory or Fiduciary Relationship Your use of BricX does not create an advisory relationship, fiduciary duty, or client relationship. 4. Brokerage Integration & Portfolio Data BricX may redirect users to third-party brokerage platforms. BricX does not control execution, influence pricing, or receive custody of funds. With your consent, BricX may access portfolio data to display aggregated holdings, but BricX will never modify your holdings. 5.
